Ingrid joined Katapult Ocean in 2020 and is leading the impact and ESG work in the organisation, ensuring the requirements from EU regulations and expectations from our LPs are met. She’s involved in the accelerator program, working strategically with the portfolio companies on how and what to measure in regards to their impact. She came from a position in Ferd Sosiale Entreprenører, supporting social entrepreneurs in the Nordics. Ingrid holds an MSc in Economics from NHH and a certificate in impact investing from CFA UK. As the previous co-chair of the 1000 Ocean Startups coalition, she champions collaborations for global solutions for ocean health through entrepreneurship and impact investing.
