Gridio offers smart charging as a service. It’s state of the art software connects to cars, solar and battery inverters and schedules their energy use to the best time. Its service is available via a consumer-facing app as well as white-label solutions across the EU.
Solfium
Solfium is a fully managed marketplace that delivers fit-for-purpose installed rooftop solar solutions to customers and integrates best-on-class component manufacturers, local installers and financing partners. They work with large corporations to meet Net Zero mandates by reducing, aggregating and reporting Scope 2 & 3 emission reductions from solar energy.
Metalchemy
Metalchemy is a nanotechnology start-up commercializing its patented solutions to reduce the impacts of climate change. One of their first applications is the development of biodegradable packaging infused with silver nanoparticles aimed to increase food & drink shelf life bringing the food waste pandemic to an end.
Sparxell
Sparxell is developing innovative bio-inspired photonics technology that solves the pigment industry’s sustainability problems and regulatory problems by harnessing the capability to reproduce the intense colour and shimmering effects displayed in nature using plant-based material.
Phoenix Carbon
Phoenix Carbon has the technology to make composite recycling as ubiquitous as aluminium recycling, reshaping the sustainability credentials of an entire material class. Thanks to Phoenix Carbon’s proprietary process, the recycled material maintains product parity with virgin materials – 100% identical. A circular economy is enabled that reduces landfill and CO2 emissions, whilst offering cost-effective alternatives to virgin composites.

Planboo is a carbon removal company that connects agriculture landowners with the technology to extract carbon from the atmosphere via pyrolysis (creating biochar), sharing the revenue of certified carbon removal credits with the landowners.

The Tyre Collective is spearheading the capture and monitoring of tyre wear – a microplastic and air pollutant, and accelerate the shift towards true zero-emission mobility. For that, they have developed a unique ‘catalytic converter for tyre wear’, leveraging electrostatic technology.

Over Easy Solar delivers prefabricated solar units for flat and green rooftops. The product is unique to the market with vertical bi-facial solar panels, designed for easy installation and maintenance.
